If you have not yet met your annual deductible or have used your $2,500 per person annual maximum benefit, you will have to pay the full discounted amount of your prescription at the Trust Custom Pharmacy or NMHCrx pharmacy.
The Trust Custom Pharmacies will generally provide you with a greater discount on your prescriptions. You may also fill your prescriptions at any NMHCrx network pharmacy and receive a discount on your covered prescriptions.
Be sure to show your Sound Health & Wellness identification card at Trust Custom Pharmacies or NMHCrx pharmacies so that you receive your discount.
Note: If you fill your prescription at a pharmacy that is not part of the NMHCrx or Trust Custom Pharmacies, you will need to pay the full cost of your prescription then file a claim with the Trust Office for benefit reimbursement.
