LiveWell NutriSum is a 52-week weight management program with results that can last a lifetime. Participants earn points for exercise and diet choices they make each day.

Participants commit to making lifestyle changes that will reduce the risk of heart disease, diabetes, high blood pressure, obesity, osteoporosis and some forms of cancer.

LiveWell NutriSum is not a diet. To develop healthy habits, participants will make lifestyle changes such as: eating breakfast, exercising daily, and avoiding before-bed snacks. Participants log daily exercise and NutriSum nutrition points online or on paper.

As you log points and experience better health, the Sound Health & Wellness Trust will send you rewards to encourage you to keep it up.

• Track your progress for a month (log at least 20 days) and we’ll send you a free grocery shopping list note pad.
• Track your progress for three months (log at least 65 days) and we’ll send you an exercise band for in home strength training.
• Track your progress for six months (log at least 130 days) and we’ll send you a clip watch.
• Track your progress for nine months (log at least 195 days) and we’ll send you a lunch bag.
• If you track your progress for one full year (log at least 260 days) we’ll give you a $100 Visa card you can use anywhere.

Participants who register for NutriSum before December 26, 2010 will be able to log progress and earn rewards up to the 260-day $100 gift card incentive.

Neither the Trust, your employer nor the union will ever know your weight. Reports of total weight loss are shared with the Sound Health & Wellness Trust for program development. You can participate in LiveWell NutriSum with the full confidence that your privacy is protected.
