This is the password-protected section of the web site for Sound Health & Wellness Retiree Trust participants. It allows you to log in once to securely view different types of personal information. This functionality requires you to log in and register for a User Name and Password.
What information can I view with MySoundHealth?
Once you log in with your User Name and Password, you will be able to access:
- Personal health information, eligibility, claim history and pension information (if applicable)

- LiveWell Online resources and tools
- LiveWell Quit For Life®
- LiveWell Behavioral Health Online
How do I get a User Name and Password?
Click the “Register” button on the home page. Fill in the requested information and choose your user name and password.
