To have coverage between terms, your child must be enrolled for the next quarter or semester and continue to be claimed as a dependent on a parent’s taxes. To prevent your child’s coverage from lapsing between quarters or semesters, update the Trust records as soon as you enroll your child for a new term. You can do this by emailing or by calling the Eligibility department at (206) 282-4500 or (800) 225-7620.

What should I do if I do not have my ID card yet?

You should have your Sound Health & Wellness Retiree Trust ID within 3 weeks of when you first become eligible for benefits. If you have been eligible for more than 3 weeks and you have not received your ID card in the mail, please call us at (206) 282-4500 or (800) 225-7620. You can also log into MySoundHealth and print your ID card.
