We’d like your help creating a new name for this newsletter. A name that speaks to the tips for better living in the newsletter, the benefits information it contains, or anything else that inspires you. Please let us know if you’ve recently made changes that helped you lose weight, get more fit, get less stressed or manage your health conditions. One of the best ways to make healthy changes is to learn from each other.
