Thank you for visiting Sound Health & Wellness Trust’s Enhanced web site!
We have enhanced the Sound Health & Wellness Trust web site with a new secure participant portal that will allow you to log in once to securely view different types of personal information. This new functionality requires you to log in and register for a user name and password.
From the log in section of the Trust site, you will now be able to access all of the following information with just one User Name and Password:
Group Health Options Participants
- Eligibility
- Work history
- Pension information (if applicable)
- LiveWell HRA information
For MyGroupHealth, you will still need to log in to www.ghc.org and use your Group Health Options Member ID# and Password. At MyGroupHealth, you can access a wealth of online services including the Health Profile. If you receive care at a Group Health Medical Center, you can e-mail your doctor, request appointments, view your online medical record, and get test results.
PPO Participants
- Information currently on the Zenithadmin.com site including personal information, eligibility, work history, claim history, and pension information (if applicable)
- Information on the LiveWell site including LiveWell PHA, LiveWell Online resources and tools, and LiveWell HRA information on the site hosted by Bank of America
Access to this information is now available through the Trust site. The LiveWell site will no longer be available with your existing password, and your personal health information will no longer be available at Zenithadmin.com.
Your User Name and Password
- If you already have a User Name and Password for Zenithadmin.com, this is the log in information you will use on the Trust’s new participant portal.
- If you do not currently have a Zenithadmin.com User Name and Password, you will need to register on the Sound Health and Wellness site.
