Did you call the nurse line and get some helpful advice? Are you receiving Lifestyle Coaching and seeing good results? Did your Health Profile prompt some healthy new behaviors? Please let us know if you’ve recently made changes that helped you lose weight, get fit, get less stressed or manage your health conditions. One of the best ways to make healthy changes is to learn from each other. If you want to share tips with your fellow Trust participants, please email us, and we’ll include them on the site or in the newsletter.

Sound Health & Wellness Trust newsletter wins award

The League of American Communications Professionals (LACP) awarded the Sound Health & Wellness Trust’s newsletter the bronze award during its annual Inspire Awards for Internal and Employee Communications Competition, and it was named in the overall Top 50 entries received.

In all, the competition included more than 400 entries from six countries. Materials were judged based on first impression, artwork, readability, creativity, message clarity, variety of features, audience focus, perceived relevance and ease of navigation.
