MySoundHealth gives you access to MyLiveWell, as well as your personal health benefits information, eligibility status, work history, claim history and pension information (if applicable).

With the Group Health Options plan, when you choose Options in-network care, you get access to providers at all Group Health medical centers. In addition, you have access to a number of contracted community physicians in the area. If you choose out-of-network care, you can see First Choice Health Network or Beech Street providers at a discounted rate. Or you can see any licensed provider you want for most covered services. Your out-of-pocket costs will be higher than if you choose care inside the Options network.

- Your LiveWell Health Reimbursement Arrangement is an account used to pay for covered medical expenses. HRA funding is received through a combination of automatic credits and your completion of the Health Profile / PHA when it is offered. The maximum annual HRA funding is $500 for employee only coverage and $1,000 for family coverage. The funds in your HRA will be used to cover the first eligible medical expenses covered by the plan in each calendar year. This includes your doctor office visits, lab tests, or other eligible, covered medical expenses.
- LiveWell Prevention @100% means that preventive services, such as annual physical exams, routine immunizations and screenings are covered at 100% when provided by an in-network provider.
- Other LiveWell programs include the annual Health Profile, Lifestyle Coaching and other programs to help you achieve and maintain a healthy lifestyle.
